The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a prestigious professional services organisation in their search for an experienced Salesforce Administrator based in their modern offices in Whitechapel, London
You'll take responsibility of the day to day Salesforce user support within the organisation, ensuring all support request are dealt with efficiently, professionally and in line with company expectations. You will also be responsible for creating Salesforce reports and dashboards, providing data to various departments within the business for further analysis.
To be successful in the role you will have the following skills or experience:
- Providing day to day user support within a Salesforce database.
- Extensive experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
- The ability to communicate with key stakeholders
- Ensuring the business are working toward best practises wherever possible
- Identify areas of concern and finding possible workarounds
To be suitable for this opportunity you must be able to communicate well, both written and verbally and boast strong Salesforce reporting skills. Experience working in a similar role is essential.
