Salesforce Support Administrator

Junior Salesforce Support

- Fully remote

- Immediate start required - Initial 2-3 month fixed term contract

- Salary up to £35,000 pro rata

A national charity is currently looking for a junior level Salesforce Support Administrator. The role will focus on general support for the system and ensuring the system is meeting the needs of the organisation. Duties will include:

- Administration - account maintenance, system updates, error resolution

- Keeping records of errors or issues

- User support

- Help with any system testing/upgrades

- Maintaining system documentation

To be considered you will need to be available for a fairly immediate start and have previous experience within Salesforce support. In addition strong organisational and communication skills are essential
