An international, household name technology business is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join its team based in Bedford.
You will be responsible for supporting the sales team, processing all sales and service orders in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining core systems, and optimising the order process to ensure accurate and quick throughput.
This role would suit someone who has previous experience with office-based customer service (ideally B2B), sales experience, strong communication skills, and a logical approach to problem-solving. Experience using SAP would be advantageous to your application.
