A well-established multinational business is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join its team in West London. This organisation embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home up to 3 days per week.
In this finance role you will take responsibility for maintaining an accurate sales ledger, updating customer price lists, processing sales orders and you will be involved in daily and month end reconciliations. You will also maintain cash and bank reconciliations as well as updating daily management reports, updating electronic integration systems and driving sales orders through to dispatch.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have sales ledger experience, whilst a working knowledge of Sage would be highly advantageous to your application. It is also essential to be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and good knowledge of MS Office and Excel. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 1 year experience within a Sales Ledger / Accounts Assistant role.
