Sales Invoicing Coordinator

A great opportunity for a Sales Invoicing Coordinator looking for a really varied role, working with multiple teams, for a well-known supplier to the Entertainment industry. You will join a busy and friendly team, working closely with the Sales department to fulfil client orders

Key responsibilities include dealing with incoming customer enquiries, raising purchase orders, compiling billing information for rental and sales invoices, raising purchase invoices to suppliers, liaising with transport and operations, dealing with queries re billing concessions and additional finance administration duties.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys client focused roles, be very organised with excellent attention to detail, have a methodical approach to their work and good problem-solving abilities. Good numeracy skills and computer skills are essential as well as being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 

As well as a salary of up to £30,000 the company offer a generous pension scheme, service milestone points, free coffee bar and onsite caterers.
