A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Sales (Events) to join an international, market leading organisation based in the City. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the growth of a portfolio of EMEA events in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This organisation has exponential growth plans over the next 12 months and your role will play a pivotal role in delivering against those ambitions.
Operating at senior level, you will be responsible for leading and driving long term sales growth on Events and Marketing Solutions across several brands by being accountable for the sales function to deliver a high performance whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will plan, author and implement the sales strategy for the events and marketing businesses while sitting on the Events Senior Leadership Team and driving the overall direction of the business.
You will identify new markets to increase sales and attract new clients as well as undertaking competitor analysis and research to ensure the appropriate direction is taken. You will work closely with the event production team to coordinate events and will drive sales growth across a portfolio of product offerings. In addition you will take an active role in the development of your team to ensure an outstanding service is provided to all customers.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a sales professional with validated B2B business development skills and a client-centric focus gained within the events sector as well as a significant track record and experience in leading a B2B events, conferences or exhibitions sales function.
The salary on offer for this role is £90,000 plus £45,000 commission uncapped. This organisation is based in London and offers flexible, hybrid working.
