The Uk's leader in innovation projects is looking for a Sales focused data analyst to join their team. This pivotal role will be the heartbeat of the sales and bidding team and work to enhance their effectiveness and productivity by providing daily support to ensure reporting is accurate and up to date. Data provided by the successful candidate will inform discussion around the strategic direction of the sales teams, develop good practices through training and influence operational behaviours.

Responsibilities include; ensuring accuracy of the sales data on which systems, dashboards and reports are based, gathering and analysis of data to support strategic account development and identifying and implementing ongoing improvements to sales operations systems.
You will also be required to Manage dashboards and create regular reports to support leadership decision making whilst support the wider team through training and development in the creation and updating of required data.
- Proven ability to produce a variety of sales reports from an enterprise CRM i.e. Microsoft Dynamics or SalesForce.
- Proven ability to mentor colleagues in the use of systems and tools.
- Previous experience within a sales operations role.
- Ability to deal with stakeholders with an analytical focus.
