An exciting new opportunity for a Sales Administrator/Sales Order Processor looking for a really varied role. Our client, a well-known supplier to the Entertainment industry are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. You will be joining a busy and friendly team, working closely with the Sales department to fulfil client orders.
This role is very pivotal in the delivery of first class service to a number of globally based key clients within the Media industry. Duties will include; processing orders that have been received by phone or email, ensuring that the CRM is updated and that the correct product information has been logged for billing purposes. Communicating with clients regarding the status of their order and escalating to other technical departments if required. Providing product information to customers and ensuring that their requirements are met within the required timelines. Communicating with internal departments and suppliers to obtain product information or status updates on orders.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys client focused roles, be very organised with excellent attention to detail, have a methodical approach to their work and good problem-solving abilities. Good numeracy skills and computer skills are essential as well as being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
As well as a salary of up to £30,000 the company offer a generous pension scheme, service milestone points, free coffee bar and onsite caterers.
