RPA / Robotic Process Automation Developer - Insurance
A leading UK insurer is looking for a hybrid RPA Developer who can also carry out business analysis of processes, identify problems, map and develop solutions using RPA tools. This role joins a team focused on a 3 - 5 year digital transformation of the business.
This role can be remote/home based as long as you can reach either their Birmingham or London offices once a month. The salary for this RPA Developer role is up to £60,000 plus 20% bonus and benefits.
Day to day you will be responsible for;
- Working with business units to analyse and document processes in order to design solutions that will deliver productivity and efficiency gains
- Using and learning RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to analyse and implement solutions. Also utilising C#, UIPath and Power Platform.
- Producing business requirements, acceptance requirements and high quality documentation
- Operating using Agile methodology
- Ensuring SLA's are met.
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience in business analysis as well as a good understanding of RPA tools. Alternatively you could come from A Microsoft development background with a keen interest in RPA. . In addition you will need a good understanding of Agile working practices and strong stakeholder management skills.
