A successful manufacturing company with a global reputation and major growth plans is looking for a motivated and proactive individual for a Retail Sales Trainer / Merchandiser role covering all retail outlets in South East England.
Supporting the Area Manager, the successful candidate will be working to increase sales in every client store by ensuring the quality of all product displays, training and supporting retail customers’ in-store staff, collecting marketing intelligence on competitors’ products and promotions as well as building relationships with retail clients.
This role would suit motivated candidates with commercial experience in a similar role or graduates looking to build Sales & Marketing career. It is essential to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the desire to progress.
The Retail Sales Trainer / Merchandiser role is paying up to £23,000 depending on experience plus bonus, car and benefits that generally include pension and 21 days annual leave.
