A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Retail Manager for a technical supplies store. This role will see you working together with a great team to ensure that orders are met and that key clients’ expectations are exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing or supervising staff within a technical retail environment. You will have worked within in a role which has included administration or back-office functions. Excellent communication skills are a must with the ability to manage and mentor a small team
The key responsibilities of the role will be overall management of the store and online platform, ensuring all sales targets are met, managing a small team and responsible for administrative tasks such as rotas and absences. You will also support the team with training needs and dealing with escalated customer queries. Of course, your main task will be to assist customers either face to face or over the phone, liaise with suppliers re the order of goods, processing orders, raising invoices, arranging deliveries, maintaining stock levels and general shop floor duties
