A great opportunity for a candidate with excellent Administrative skills who has experience of working within the rental supply chain.
Working closely with the Rental and Marketing departments the Rental Administrator will be the first point of contact for client enquiries relating to the rental of equipment. You’ll be the go to person for all stock availability, responsible for scheduling boards as well as managing relationships with suppliers to ensure the safe delivery of orders.
With high attention to detail and methodical approach you’ll have excellent administrative experience and have worked in an environment where you deal with a lot of transactions, emails and writing of proposals. You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong focus on customer service.
You'll be assisting in establishing the best delivery routes for the equipment, ensuring it’s cost effective and also be aware of any possible shortages and assist with finding solutions.
