Registered General Manager (Health and Social Care) - Leatherhead, Surrey
* Salary up to £65,000 based on experience
* Benefits include 25 days annual leave, excellent pension scheme, life assurance and retail discounts
* 37.5 hours per week with some hybrid working (1-2 days a week from home)
A leading organisation in the healthcare sector is looking for an experienced Registered General Manager to join their team. The role will focus on the management of services within the neuro rehabilitation area and you will be responsible for:
- Providing vision and direction to the function in order to deliver the highest standards.
- Leading on transformation, change and efficiency 
- Leading nursing, care and therapy teams
- Providing advice and support to health professionals with a focus on welfare
- Service delivery
- Develop staff engagement and provide training
To be considered suitable you will need the following skills/experience:
- Staff management experience within clinical, medical or health and social care sector
- Management of strategic and operational performance 
- Knowledge of neuro rehabilitation/care (desirable)
- Experience with implementing changes and service delivery in residential healthcare
- Ability to work with senior management and work with compliance/legislation and contract requirements
- Understanding of risk management and quality
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
