Regional Store Manager – London
A highly successful retail organisation with 60 stores across London and the South East are looking for an experienced Regional Store Manager to join their team. Reporting into General Manager of Operations, the principal objective of this Regional Manager role is to continually grow the business and the profitability of each store within the region to achieve its full potential and the company’s vision for the region.

As the Regional Store Manager you will be responsible for delivering the sales, debt, cost and profit performance targets for each store within your remit; you will own the P&L and present this to the Board monthly. In addition you will be responsible for employee engagement and team development as you recruit, develop, coach and manage the Store Managers in the region to maximise both team and individual performance.
This Regional Store Manager role would suit someone strategic as well as operational; you will be creating cost effective strategic and operational plans for the revenue growth and development of individual stores and the region as well as working to maximise productivity.
You will also complete regular store visits to focus on store standards and customer service to drive sales in line with company business goals. You will plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the regional operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a regional role, managing multiple stores. You will have a strong knowledge of the UK retail market with exceptional business acumen and commercial awareness.
