In-house Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager- North West London - up to £50,000.
Our client is a large multisite International organisation and they are looking to appoint a Recruitment / Talent manager to join their growing HR department.
This organisation has a mixture of specialist positions to be fulfilled, plus head office recruitment and higher volume operational elements. This provision is multi-level, multi-discipline recruitment. You will be a critical member of the HR department and the main point of contact for requests for new talent. Working with a small team you will lead line managers on recruitment, recruitment methods, assist with interviewing support and manage on boarding process.
You will be responsible for liaising with agencies for specialist positions and a lot of your focus will be on operational level staff, with a relatively high turnover in some positions. Part of your remit will analyse retention, including conducting exit interviews, when required. You will also work closely with the payroll, employee relations and training & development units.
Previous experience building talent databases is required. You will be comfortable working with the wider HR team to deliver critical projects. You will need to show that you are a driven, credible and respected professional, willing to support and lead diplomatic change.
