An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Manager to join a growing company on an initial 6-month contract. There’s the potential of this role becoming permanent. It is based near Tower Hill and offers flexible working.
You’ll support the Operations team in sourcing and recruiting talented people into the company.
Working closely with hiring managers you’ll accurately define requirements and create job specifications for recruitment advertising channels. As a user of LinkedIn Recruiter, you’ll be comfortable with headhunting and building relationships with Recruitment Agencies and supporting hiring managers in the screening process.
Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of recruitment in the e-commerce sector and have agency and in-house experience. You’ll also be comfortable carrying out competency-based interviews and managing PSL agreements.

Salary is £40,000 - £45,000 (pro rated), dependent on experience.
