A well-established recruitment firm is looking for an articulate and personable Account Manager to join its expanding team. The business is based in London but has consultants throughout the UK and an entirely flexible culture so applications are welcome from those who would prefer to work from home.
This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive recruitment environment where there is no requirement to cold call. In order to be suitable for this role you must be personable and articulate with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships. You will write adverts and correspond with senior executives so excellent written communication skills are a prerequisite.
If you meet the realistic revenue generation targets you can expect to earn £40k - £45k in your first year. Thereafter annual income will be in the region of £50k - £80k. You will earn commission on every placement that you make, and earnings are uncapped. Targets are clearly defined – there will be a direct correlation between the effort you put in and the financial rewards that you will see.
You will be assigned active vacancies to work on and will be required to build and develop long term relationships with those clients through meetings, networking and daily phone calls, with the objective of becoming their preferred, and ideally sole, recruitment provider. Previous recruitment experience is preferred but applications are also welcome from confident communicators who have worked in an office environment and have the drive required to meet and exceed revenue generation targets. Most of your day will be spent reviewing CVs, interviewing candidates and speaking to clients on the phone, so you need to have first rate attention to detail and the ability to provide intelligent and informed opinions.
