Recruitment / Talent Advisor - Central London
A world famous organisation based near to St Pauls in London is looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor .
This is a temporary contract role that will initially run for 6 months. The daily rate on offer is up to £200 based on experience.
The role will involve:
- Recruitment lifecycle - creating job descriptions/adverts, maintaining ATS, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and supporting interview process.
- Coaching and advising managers
- New starter documentation, updating HRIS system and monitoring probation
- Reviewing and suggesting of ways to improve recruitment processes
