We are looking for a bright, motivated and energetic individual to join us in a Resourcer or Recruitment Administrator role. We are open to considering both full time and part time hours.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with an outgoing and friendly personality; looking to start their career within an admin based role. You MUST be confident on the phone as a large part of this role involves speaking with candidates that have applied to our roles and conducting competency based interviews. This is a great opportunity to join during a period of rapid growth; and there is a clearly defined development path for successful individuals.
Full training will be provided but key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing candidate applications and conducting telephone interviews
Organising and arranging interviews; prepping candidates send out confirmation emails
Writing job adverts and posting across all of the major job boards
Provide admin support to the Account Managers and Account Directors
This role would suit someone that enjoys talking to people, is highly organised with good attention to detail.

The starting salary on offer for this role is £22,000 plus bonuses.
