Recruitment Account Manager (Home Based)

Are you looking for your next role in recruitment? The Ashdown Group are looking for a new Recruitment Account Manager to join our friendly and growing team.

We have lovely offices in Teddington and we are also open to the option of people working fully remotely as well. We are looking for ambitious individuals who have a proven track record of building long term relationships with clients and hiring managers. 

We expect experienced recruiters to earn between £45,000 and £60,000 (including commission) on average with great benefits including flexible working, cycle to work scheme, private healthcare and regular bonuses and salary reviews.

  • Recruitment or resourcing experience (either agency or in-house will be considered)
  • Friendly and personable nature
  • Confidence to work with decision makers and build relationships with clients
  • Passion for providing a high level of client service
