A government body is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administration Officer to work on a busy reception desk dealing with visitors, staff, Councillors and customer enquiries. Duties will include co-ordinating events, managing IT records, collating data, creating complex documents, processing invoices, arranging meetings, and taking minutes.
Based in the Mold area, North Wales. This is a contract role for initially 10 weeks (37.5 hours per week) from approximately 6th October and paying £16.30 per hour, less deductions for insurance, taxes and umbrella company charges (PAYE £12.85 per hour). The closing date is Friday, 3rd October.
To be suitable for this role, you must have proven experience in a Receptionist, Secretary, Administration Officer or similar admin-focused role, developing, managing, and operating administrative systems. It is essential to have strong numeracy, communication, and IT skills, particularly Word, Excel, databases, spreadsheets & internet.
