Purchase Ledger Clerk – North London, £28,000
A highly successful, growing business based in North London (Tottenham) are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. The main focus of this role will be to process supplier invoices, maintain the purchase ledger and handle all payments to suppliers. Key responsibilities of this Purchase Ledger Assistant will include:
Match supplier invoices to GRNs and POs, and sort out discrepancies
Post supplier invoices to Purchase ledger
Reconcile supplier statements
Allocate cash to purchase ledger
Deal with supplier queries
Prepare ad hoc reports re purchase ledger
Analyse, manage and post credit card payments
Online purchases from different suppliers
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in an account or finance role working specifically across purchase ledger. You will possess great verbal and written communication skills and will have a good eye for detail.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £28,000 plus benefits.
