A well established, market-leading, resource management company, is now seeking a Project Support Engineer with Service Desk experience, who wants the opportunity to progress their career and break into IT Project Management.
Reporting to the Head of IT, the successful candidate will be part of a team supporting the IT Project Manager and approximately 180 users with IT support. Although the role is predominately based in Dartford, there will be a fair amount of time spent at the head office in Moorgate, plus travel to other sites in London.
The primary responsibility will be to provide general IT support to the business and assist with several exciting key projects!
Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role you must have knowledge of;
-Microsoft Office 365
-Windows Server 2016
-Network communications LAN / WAN / TCP IP
-Active Directory
Although not essential, qualifications with Microsoft would be considered highly advantageous.
The right candidate should have good all-round general IT support experience and be able to interface well within the business.
