In this interesting and varied role, you will provide administrative support to a high profile team and will be involved in scheduling and organising global events. You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative duties from email correspondence and coordinating travel arrangements to collating monthly management reports and preparing PowerPoint presentations. You will also liaise with internal teams and international partners, so a warm demeanour and great interpersonal skills are a prerequisite.
It is essential that you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and meticulous approach, coupled with demonstrable expertise across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). The successful candidates will be discrete, highly organised, empathetic, and kind ambassadors for the culture and values of the organisation.
