A large well–established organisation is looking for a proven Project Manager with strong forecasting skills. This is a hybrid role: working between home approximately 3 days per week, and from their City, London office.
Reporting into the Head of Business Relationship Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the delivery of our large portfolio of work, including HR Recruitment Portal, Process Management tool, Skill Management, Centralising Customer Data, Data Governance and many more planned. One of the key aspects for this role will be multi-phasing forecasting, covering both resources (allowing for limited resources in high demand across the organisation) and finances. Duties will also include working with stakeholders to scope projects and resources, delivering projects in accordance to frameworks and standards, managing the lifecycle of each projects (governance, risks, budgets, & project boards) as well as reporting.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have significant business-facing project management experience with first class documentation, forecasting, budget management and stakeholder engagement / management skills. The ideal candidate will also have a recognised industry qualification such as Prince2, MSP, Agile PM or APMI Change Management as well proven experience with MS Projects.
