A hugely successful global business, specialising in Financial Services and supporting an impressive array of global brands, is seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager for their customer contact channels, to drive the business forward.
As Product Manager and reporting to the Head of Financial Solutions, the successful candidate will work to deliver on key projects for customer facing solutions through from idea generation from construction to analysis. Whilst always ensuring customer engagement and successful delivery to market, you will work alongside key stakeholders develop and implement the product road map.
Another key area will be to encourage communication and ensure the best possible success by utilising insights and analytics, writing user stories and working with customers to gather feedback to define and lead the product development.
Impeccable communication skills, interpersonal, stakeholder management and relationship building are key to this role and the collaborative approach it requires with both external and internal teams.
To secure this fantastic opportunity, the successful candidate will be an individual with an intuitive, creative, analytical mind. You will have held previous experience as a Product Manager, with the ability to demonstrate optimising key ecommerce metrics. Finally, experience of working in an Agile framework and utilising JIRA and Google Analytics is essential to securing the position.
