Insurance Claims Process Analyst / Claims Business Analyst
- Up to £650 per day outside IR35
- Remote/hybrid role, visiting the London office 1-2 days per week
- 6-12 month contract
A global insurance company based in Central London is looking for an experienced Process Analyst to support the claims modernisation programme.
This role will partner with the claims function and other senior stakeholders to map out complex processes in order to determine the As IS and TO BE solutions In addition you will:
- Work with teams to understand solutions
- Map out current pain points
- Coordinate best practice
To be considered suitable for this Process Analyst contract you will need the following skills and experience:
- Proven process analysis skills and mapping of complex processes
- Experience in either insurance, claims, compliance or financial services environment
- Proven experience of translating business requirements into solutions
- Ability to deliver business value from process
- Understanding of methodologies and frameworks (Agile, SDLC)
