A leading IT solutions provider is looking for a Problem and Risk Analyst to join their Bedfordshire team.
You will be tasked with monitoring and analysing various areas of the IT service delivery process, in order to identify any possible threats or problems which could arise.
These findings will then be used to create new plans and procedures to combat and mitigate risks, which will help to prevent future failings and ultimately maximise the customers' overall user experience.
The information will be presented to management, along with your recommendations on how to implement those changes.
If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please ensure any experience with the following is clearly indicated on your CV:
- Identifying, defining and analysing areas of possible risk (i.e. service, process, tooling, sales)
- Evaluating risk and potential problems
- Managing risk assessment (risk register)
- Writing reports
- Presenting recommendations to management and stakeholders
- Implementing changes or new processes
This role would suit someone who has previously worked on technical projects and has a good understanding of IT practices.
Whilst you do not need to be ITIL certified, an understanding of ITIL would be highly advantageous.
This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £32,000 per annum.
