An exciting technology company is looking for a Pre-Sales and Implementation Consultant to be initially based from home, but will require some travel into their office in South London.
The successful candidate will be tasked with supporting Business Development Managers with communicating technical product specifications to various audiences, ranging from C-level through to technical architects and security specialists. Duties will include managing all technical and product related aspects with customers, maintaining close contact with the clients regarding product discussions, roadmaps, technical integration assistance and training as required as well as providing 1st and 2nd line support to premier customers.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience working in a Pre-Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Application Support Engineer, Subject Matter Expert, or similar senior technical support role providing technical advice and documenting technical solutions, preferably SAAS solutions. It is essential to have first class communication skills with customer-facing experience and the ability to provide white board / online presentations. Any experience of overseeing software implementations and supporting project management, would be considered highly beneficial, but not essential.
