A large well–established organisation is looking for a proven Portfolio Delivery / Programme Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver a large change portfolio. This is a hybrid role: working between home approximately 3 days per week, and from their City, London office.
Reporting into the Head of Business Relationship Management, the successful candidate will largely be responsible for developing the organisation's change capability and continually driving up professional standards. This will involve constantly reviewing both project and team performances, by ensuring that projects are delivered within time, budget and under governance as well as coaching team members.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have significant portfolio delivery / programme management experience with first-class man-management, documentation, forecasting, budget management and stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate will also have a recognised industry qualification such as Prince2, MSP, MoP, P3O, PMP or APMP as well proven experience with MS Projects.
