An award winning, global tech business working with enterprise retail and supply chain businesses worldwide, are recruiting a PMO with excellent relationship management skills to join their international team, working for the software arm of the business.
In this role you are an intrinsic part of the client's successful on-boarding process, partnering them throughout, owning project processes, taking time to understand their requirements, how the technology can work for them and work with the technical team to ensure that the technology can deliver what they need it to.
This is a collaborative role that requires someone with exceptional project skills, a customer centric approach, excellent requirement gathering and relationship building skills and an understanding of the retail/store environment and its operations.
As the key customer contact, you will:
- Partner the customer and be their voice internally,
- Manage the end to end process,
- Assist the customer during their software trials - helping them see where it adds value,
- Gage their requirements,
- Work with the in-house technical experts to tweak the software as needed
- Run the initial kick off meetings, set milestones and identify road blocks and work to mitigate any problems or risk from the onboarding process
This business offers exceptional training, development and progression opportunities, along with a very competitive starting salary of up to £48,000, with OTE earnings of up to £60,000, plus additional generous benefits.
Due to the global nature of this team, this role can be worked from home (within the UK) but will require regular travel to customer sites in the UK between London and the north.
