A well-established Not for Profit organisation is looking for a proven PA to join its team based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. Please note, this is an office-based role.
Reporting into the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a PA service to the CEO, and a few others, including diary management, arranging boarding meetings, preparing presentations & taking minutes. Additional duties will include co-ordinating day to day office requirements (kitchen & stationery orders, maintaining the asset register, as well as supporting with general HR administration (conducting HR inductions, maintaining the HR Information System, and supporting managers with the recruitment process).
In order to be suitable for this key role you must have proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Team Secretary, Executive Assistant role, or in an Operations Manager, Business Manager, General Manager, Administrative Manager, Operations Co-ordinator, Office Manager, Office Administrator, or similar role, with exposure to organising meetings, writing reports and ideally carrying our HR administration. This role would suit an organised, diligent and personable professional.
