A high-profile organisation is looking for an accomplished Personal Assistant to join its team based in Central London, on an initial 2 month contract. The firm embraces hybrid and flexible working so you will be able to work from home 2 days per week.
In this interesting and varied role, you will schedule, organise and optimise the CEOs extensive and complex calendar across multiple time zones. You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative duties from email correspondence and coordinating travel arrangements to writing minutes for board meetings, collating monthly management reports and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
It is essential that you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and meticulous approach, coupled with demonstrable expertise across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
In addition to supporting the CEO, you will also oversee and coordinate the activities of the PAs/Administrative Assistants who will be supporting the wider senior leadership team – working to ensure that they deliver an outstanding support service to the organisation and are front line ambassadors for the culture and values of the organisation. You will also liaise with internal teams, organise events and welcome visitors so a warm demeanour and great interpersonal skills are a prerequisite.
You’ll have a strong sense of duty of care for people’s wellbeing across the organisation, assisting the CEO in their support of a team working at a fast pace on extraordinary projects.
