The Earthshot Prize (TEP) is now looking for two professional and proactive Personal Assistants with deep integrity and excellent communication skills to support its senior leadership team. The successful candidates will be discrete, highly organised, empathetic, and kind ambassadors for the culture and values of the organisation.
In this interesting and varied role, you will schedule, organise and optimise the extensive and complex calendar of a Senior Manager/Director. You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative duties from email correspondence and coordinating travel arrangements to writing minutes for meetings, collating monthly management reports and preparing PowerPoint presentations. You will also liaise with The Royal Foundation and the Royal Household teams, organise events and welcome visitors so a warm demeanour and great interpersonal skills are a prerequisite.
It is essential that you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and meticulous approach, coupled with demonstrable expertise across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
