The Ashdown Group has been commissioned by The Royal Foundation and The Earthshot Prize to identify an accomplished Personal Assistant to join their team on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract. As a truly global and inclusive organisation, applications are welcome from candidates based internationally.

The Earthshot Prize (TEP) is now seeking a professional and proactive Personal Assistant with deep integrity and excellent communication skills to support the CEO. The successful candidate will be discrete, professional, highly organised, empathetic, and kind, and have proven experience of supporting C-level executives.

In this interesting and varied role, you will schedule, organise and optimise the CEOs extensive and complex calendar across multiple time zones. You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative duties from email correspondence and coordinating travel arrangements to writing minutes for board meetings, collating monthly management reports and preparing PowerPoint presentations.

It is essential that you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and meticulous approach, coupled with demonstrable expertise across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).    

You’ll have a strong sense of duty of care for people’s wellbeing across the team, supporting the CEO in their support of a team working at a fast pace while juggling work-life integration in a time of COVID and virtual workplaces.

In addition to supporting the CEO, you will also oversee and coordinate the activities of the Administrative Assistants who will be supporting the wider senior leadership team – working to ensure that they deliver an outstanding support service to the organisation and are front line ambassadors for the culture and values of the organization. You will also liaise with The Royal Foundation and the Royal Household teams, organise events and welcome visitors so a warm demeanour and great interpersonal skills are a prerequisite.
