Payroll Officer – City of London – Hybrid
A highly successful, global financial services firm are looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join their HR team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager and supporting the wider HR and People team you will be responsible for preparing payroll for circa 150 employees, as well as the production of HR data and analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team at a time of significant transformation. Please note – hybrid working is offered – 3 days per week in the office and 2 at home.
As the HR and Payroll Advisor you will support the Payroll Manager to produce monthly payroll for UK employees and ensure the effective production of HR management information and analytics. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated with strong Excel skills. In addition, you will have the chance to work across Global Mobility and developing a fit for purpose Reward strategy.
To be suitable for this HR and Payroll Advisor role you will have previous experience producing payroll within a HR function. You will be familiar with HR processes and be a passionate people person. Perhaps you will have worked as a HR Advisor, Payroll Coordinator or HR Analyst previously.
The salary on offer this role is £45-£50,000 – depending on experience.
