Payroll Administrator – North London - £35k

 

A highly successful and established business based in North London are looking for a personable Payroll Administrator or Payroll Coordinator to join their finance team.  This is a brilliant opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive finance team where your contribution is really valued.


As the Payroll Administrator you will work to deliver monthly payroll and associated reports; ensuring the business is fully compliant with payroll legislation. 

 

Key responsibilities of this Payroll Administrator/Coordinator role will include:

 

Process and maintain accurate payroll records for employees

Calculate and enter payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters

Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data in Payroll HR system

Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors

Generate payroll reports for management review

Prepare and post the related payroll journals

Preparing P11d calculations

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a payroll position and have strong Excel skills. 

 

The salary on offer for this role is up to £35,000 plus benefits.
