A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their small high-functioning team on a part-time basis.
This is a part-time role (24-30 hours per week), and the hours can be worked flexibly. The position is based on-site from their office in Beaconsfield.
Within this role of significant responsibility, you will work closely with the HR Director to manage key aspects of the HR function providing generalist support to the business and proactively advise and support both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include managing all day-today HR processes including ensuring all current HR processes and policies are up to date with current employment law, recruiting and on-boarding, maintain HR software and records, preparing month payroll and other ad hoc HR duties. You will also be involved in training and development, assisting the HR Director with L&D strategies, and organising training sessions.
In order to be suitable for this position you will be a personable HR professional with proven experience in providing outstanding generalist HR support within an SME, paired with excellent communication skills both oral and written, and understand the importance of confidentiality. Alongside this, you will have strong IT skills across Microsoft Office Suite.
The salary on offer for this position is up to £36,000 per annum pro rata.
