A government body is seeking an experienced Customer Services Associate to answer calls and emails from customers using Call Centre and digital email technologies.
Based in the Swindon area, Wiltshire - hybrid once completed training. This is a contract role for initially 17 weeks (Part-time: 29 hours per week - afternoons) from approximately 17 November and paying £16.57 per hour, less deductions for insurance, taxes, and umbrella company charges (PAYE £12.80 per hour). The closing date is Friday, 31st October.
To be suitable for this role, you must have experience working in a Customer Care Agent, Customer Success Specialist, Customer Services Co-ordinator, Customer Relations Advisor, Customer Support Associate or similar customer services focused role, ideally in a complex organisation, preferably a local Borough or Council. Proven experience in a contact centre environment, will be considered highly beneficial, but not essential.
