A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their small high-functioning team on a part-time basis.
This is a part-time role (24-30 hours per week), and the hours can be worked flexibly. The position is based on-site from their office in Beaconsfield.
Within this interesting and varied role, you will work closely with the HR Director supporting with all administrative duties and playing a pivotal part in delivering a successful HR function. Key responsibilities will include supporting all HR processes, including recruitment and on-boarding administration, maintaining the HR software and updating records, and other ad hoc admin tasks.
In order to be suitable for this position you will be a personable individual with proven administration experience, paired with excellent communication skills both oral and written. You will understand the importance of confidentiality and alongside this, you will have strong IT skills across Microsoft Office Suite.
The salary on offer for this position is up to £30,000 per annum pro rata.
