Part time Personal Assistant

Our client a specialist HR consultancy based in Kingston upon Thames are looking for a part time Personal Assistant to join their small but busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and energetic PA to join a company who really value a strong work life balance and stand out as having a really warm and supportive approach (including the office dog)  You will be working 25 hours a week with two days based in their modern offices, located in the heart of Kingston, and the rest of the week working remotely.

This is a superb opportunity for a highly organised Personal Assistant who has an interest in HR and an appetite to learn, to become involved in all areas of the business and engage extensively with their diverse range of clients. Each day will be different but never dull!


The key responsibilities will be diary management for the Directors, scheduling meetings, interviews and putting together agendas for external meetings and events.  Producing documentation including templates, job descriptions, organisational charts and other recruitment literature, as well as producing presentation using PowerPoint. Maintaining HR systems and ensuring that all employee details are recorded and maintained in accordance with HR polices and best practice. Supporting candidates with the on-boarding process, conducting any necessary checks and obtaining references. 

To be suitable you will be personable, diligent and possess excellent communication skills. You will be intermediate or advanced in MS Office suite and be comfortable formatting documents and putting together presentations on PowerPoint.

The salary for this role is up to £32,000 pro rata plus flexible working.
