A luxury brand are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant on a part time basis (3 full days per week).
This role will start off as a part time role (3 full days a week) but there may be potential for the position to become full time further down the line should it suit both parties. The salary on offer is £24,000 - £26,000 pro rata based on experience. Flexible working will be available but you would need to be able to be available to work within the office on occasions. The office is based in Chelsea Harbour, SW10.
This individual will work alongside the Financial Controller and be responsible for:
- Posting purchase invoices to ledgers
- Matching invoices to payments and purchase orders to invoices
- Resolving sales and purchase ledger queries
- Sending out remittance advices and statements
- Statement reconciliations
- Supporting month end
- Finance projects
- Petty cash management
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience within a similar role and ideally studying or have completed AAT or ACCA courses. You will also need to be highly organised with strong Excel skills and ability to pick up Xero / Quickbooks quickly.
