This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to take a 20hrs p/w part time position working with an industry leading IT firm based in the Dorking area. The hours for this position are circa Monday to Friday 9:00-13:00 (can be slightly flexible) and the role is paying up to £25,000.
Based on the outskirts of Dorking you will need your own transport as they are not accessible via public transport.
Working closely with the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the day to day functions of the accounts department. This will include:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Credit card receipts, expenses & mileage
- Maintaining the weekly cash forecast
- Commission reports
- Month end journals
You will need excellent attention to detail and be happy and confident enough to work without supervision. Ideally you will have previous experience with various accountancy packages, payroll systems, CRM/ERP systems and MS Excel.
