An accountancy practice based in the heart of Winchester is seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join their team due to the business experiencing a period of growth! Ideally, you will be personable, confident, have prior practice experience, and be detail-oriented. This role is based onsite 5 days a week and benefits include a company profit share scheme, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and assistance with future studies. Parking is available onsite.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts; preparing sole trader, partnership, and limited company accounts; submitting VAT returns; preparing cashflow forecasts; liaising with clients and being responsible for client portfolios; reviewing junior team members' work; working with purchase order systems and accounting software. You will be responsible for up to 20 clients within this role, all below audit level.
To be considered, you must have proven experience working within an accountancy practice, be part or fully qualified, have worked with Xero, Synergist, Float, or BTC, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
