An award winning financial services business is looking to secure an Outbound B2B Customer Service professional to focus on the customer retentions and re-engagement programs for some of their global brands.
Whilst reporting into the Loyalty Supervisor, the main focus of the role will be to maximise business opportunities through warm leads. As part of your role, you will have meaningful conversations with lapsed or current customers and manage all proposals from start to finish. This is NOT a sales role, but requires someone with a confident telephone manner, comfortable communicating with other businesses.
The ideal candidate will be highly articulate and driven, with the ability to work flexibly and accurately within a fast paced environment. It is essential that you have some experience in telesales or similar outbound customer service and be looking to kick start your career in a global business which has a culture of promoting from within.
