Operations Manager – Not for profit
A highly successful and rapidly growing not for profit organisation are looking for an experienced Operations Manager or Service Manager to join them on a 3 month FTC. Please note- there is a possibility this will be extended or go permanent.
Operating a fully remote working model, this Operations Manager role will see you provide leadership for all operational staff within area of responsibility, ensuring that teams are effectively staffed, supported and performance managed. You will lead on all aspects of operational management in the delivery and tactical compliance of set contract targets, ensuring best practice and quality assurance frameworks are embedded with effective action plans in place.
In addition, you will take on local, national and UK project roles as and when required to ensure contract consistency and lead performance (through coaching, support, training and performance management) by mapping out solutions necessary to ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate will come from a service management or ops management background.
The salary on offer for this role is £45,000 pro rata.
