A household name charity is looking for an accomplished Operations Manager to join its team based in Central London, on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract.

In order to be suitable for this role you must be an empathetic and innovative Operations Manager with exceptional communication skills. You will liaise with key stakeholders and international partners so consummate relationship and stakeholder management skills are a prerequisite.

You will have outstanding project management skills, coupled with a proven track record of achieving operational excellence. You will have a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams and maintaining relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. You will have a passion for implementing new and innovative ways of working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment and will develop and maintain processes that deliver an outstanding experience for finalists and partners. Experience working with start-ups/scale ups would be highly advantageous to your application.     

You will ensure that the organisation adopts transparent, fair, equitable, and inclusive processes and policies and will constantly look for ways to refine and improve the experience for all stakeholders. You will be expected to exemplify the values of transparency, collaboration, inclusion, curiosity, and kindness. Constantly eager to learn, you will build up a network of corporate, institutional & academic partners that you will collaborate with and leverage in support of the organisation.
