Regional Operations Manager - National Charity
A leading UK charity is looking for an Operations Manager to cover their North and East region. The role will be home/remote based with very occasional travel for meetings
The Operations Manager will be responsible for service delivery across the region. This will include relationship management, budgetary control, monitoring of contracts, overseeing business development and KPI reporting. Overall you will provide efficient leadership to the team in the region, ensuring services are delivered and teams are effectively staffed.
The salary on offer is up to £43,000 plus benefits including 28 days holiday.
Any background or experience will be considered. You will also need the following;
- Experience of managing large service teams, ideally across regions
- Evidence of delivering successful services and identifying finance or process improvements
- Ability to manage risks
- An understanding of safeguarding would be seen as a benefit.
