A prestigious, specialist insurance business are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the team. To be suitable for the role, ideally you will have prior general Insurance sector experience within a support role.
As the Operations Administrator, you will carry out and monitor screening checks within the organisation and assist the Operational Support Team Leader when required with Claims and Underwriting reviews.
Your key responsibilities as Operations Administrator will include; ensuring all screening/sanctions checks are conducted in a timely manner, referring potential high/medium risks to Legal for further investigation, maintaining the daily exceptions reports, updating the underwriting system and investigating and rectifying all failed screenings through the automated claims screening function. You will also be involved in project work such as claim file and underwriting reviews and in addition will also ensure full KYC checks are conducted for all new brokers against sanctions and other financial crimes risk and check licensing through regulators.
To be suitable for this role you will have prior experience within a similar support role within the insurance sector, you will be highly organised with great attention to detail and enjoy building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
The salary on offer for the role is between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on the level of experience plus a great benefits package.
