Our client is looking for an experienced online conference coordinator to join them for an initial 1 week period in January.
To be suitable for the role you must have the following experience:
Facilitating online conferences
In-depth knowledge and experience working with Zoom.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating delegates into appropriate meeting rooms and committees.
Senior stakeholder engagement
Excellent MS office skills
Good digital platform knowledge
Experience working to tight schedules and management of meeting schedules.
The client will be holding interview on 11/12th January .
The rate is £14.20p/h
